Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits jillf's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of jillf, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, as applicable.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

15.Amendments to These Terms

jillf reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jillf will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
